Make a payment.

Pay securely online through LawPay. Choose a trust payment or an invoice payment below. Personal injury and lemon law matters remain on our no-fee-unless-we-win policy.

Option 01

Make a Trust Payment

Use the trust account link only if you are:

  • paying the amount requested in your initial attorney-client retainer agreement; or
  • responding to a letter requesting a replenishment of your retainer balance.
  1. In the “Reference” field, include your full name (or the full name of the client who signed the attorney-client retainer agreement) and the words “Trust Payment” (i.e. “John Doe – Trust Payment”).
  2. Complete the requested address and credit or debit card information in full.
  3. Enter a valid email address if you would like a confirmation email with a receipt.

Option 02

Pay an Invoice

Use the general account link only if you:

  • have received an invoice from our office; and
  • have the invoice number.
  1. In the “Reference” field, include the full name from the invoice received — which may be the client's name or an estate for a probate matter — along with your invoice number (i.e. “John Doe – 24567” or “The Estate of Jane Doe – 12345”).
  2. Complete the requested address and credit or debit card information in full.
  3. Enter a valid email address if you would like a confirmation email with a receipt.

A note on fees: our personal injury and lemon law cases fall under our “no fees unless we win” policy — you pay no attorneys' fees until you receive a recovery. Hourly matters, including creditor-side bankruptcy work, are billed at a competitive rate agreed in writing before we begin.
