Creditor Representation - Chapter 7

Chapter 7 is a liquidation bankruptcy. For a secured creditor, the most common tool is a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay, which asks the court to allow you to foreclose on or repossess collateral when the debtor is not protecting your interest.
